HouseWorx provides general handyman services with a commitment to quality and workmanship. We stand behind the durability of our work and offer a guarantee on completed projects, unless otherwise specified in writing. However, HouseWorx is not responsible for damages or issues resulting from misuse, improper maintenance, third-party interference, or circumstances beyond our control. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all work requested complies with local laws and regulations.

By engaging HouseWorx for handyman services, you (the "Client") agree to the following terms. A detailed description of the requested services, including any materials and time estimates, will be provided before any work begins. The Client acknowledges that any changes or additions to the original scope of work may result in additional charges, and these changes will be discussed and approved in writing before proceeding. Payment is due upon completion of services, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

HouseWorx is committed to providing high-quality service and customer satisfaction. However, in the event of an issue or complaint regarding the work completed, the Client must notify HouseWorx within [7] days of service completion to allow for a review and, if applicable, remediation. HouseWorx is not liable for damages caused by conditions outside our control, including but not limited to weather, accidents, or pre-existing structural issues. By accepting our services, the Client agrees to hold HouseWorx harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from third-party interactions or unforeseen circumstances.

The Client agrees to provide clear and accurate information regarding the scope of work (to the best of their knowledge), any potential hazards on the job site, and access to areas where work will be performed. The Client is responsible for ensuring that the work area is safe and accessible, including removing any personal items or obstacles that could interfere with the work. In cases where the Client does not provide such access or fails to disclose important details, additional fees may apply for delays or complications caused. The Client agrees to pay all payments in full according to the agreed upon terms.
